Warranty

At Lumini, our products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, guaranteeing them against any material or manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid under normal use and for the intended purpose of the product.

Warranty exclusions:

Damage caused by the following situations are not covered by the warranty:

• Accidents
• Negligence
• Misuse and/or abnormal use
• Modifications and/or alterations to the product
• Commercial use of the product
• Breakage due to play and normal use

Wooden toys are generally more durable than plastic ones, but occasional breakage may occur. While our wooden toys can last for many years with proper care, they are not covered by the warranty for breakage due to play and normal use. The advantage of wooden toys is that they can be easily repaired with wood glue and continue to be enjoyed for many more years!

We are also committed to replacing any items damaged during delivery, provided that you provide proof of the damage.
